Getting Access

Access is provided upon confirmation of your engagement. You will receive a welcome email with your login credentials and a walkthrough of everything available to you.

Active clients sign in through the link in their welcome email. If you have not received your access details or are having trouble signing in, email hello@blackheroncreativestudio.com.

The Studio Portal is a professional tool for project communication, approvals, file access, and payments. For anything outside your current engagement scope, the studio will guide you directly.
